In short
An Ezus Pay payment plan splits a trip into a deposit, then 1 to 6 payments up to the balance. The traveler pays the deposit and can save their card. Ezus Pay then charges it on each date, after 3 days' notice. With no saved card, a payment link goes out on the due date. Automatic charges work with cards. SEPA Direct Debit is still available by link.

Automatic charges with consent
The traveler gives consent on the first payment. They get notice 3 days before each charge.
If the trip price changes
An increase is added to the balance. A decrease comes off the balance first, then off unpaid instalments. Paid instalments stay as they are.
Templates for the whole team
An admin can save up to 20 templates. Ezus Pay suggests the right one based on the amount and the departure date.
