No flat rate: the price follows the card actually used (network, issuing region, card type). European cards start at 1,19 %, plus a fixed fee of 0,30 € per transaction (all methods, card and SEPA transfer alike). No subscription.
The European Economic Area (EEA) covers the 27 EU member states plus Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway. Cards issued in these countries get the lowest rates. The United Kingdom is not part of it and falls under a separate pricing tier.
A personal (consumer) card belongs to an individual; a corporate (business) card is issued in a company's name. Corporate cards carry higher interchange fees set by the networks, hence a slightly higher rate.
